Overview:

"Bratz Forever Diamondz" is a game based off of the popular "Bratz Dolls" fashion doll franchise responsible for a number of direct to video movies. "Bratz Forever Diamondz" leans heavily on its targeted audience, and doesn't do much to offer anything interesting to gamers not familiar with (or a fan of) the Bratz brand.

The game begins as four of the Bratz friends enter a fashion contest. The game revolves around the team of girls collecting blingz (the in game currency) for the purpose of purchasing clothes and fashion accessories. The graphics are impressive, both in the cut scenes, and in the isometric gameplay, a must for a game that is at its core all about fashion. The gameplay will quickly wear thin for those that don't carry a lunchbox, or bedazzle jeans though. There are a number of mini-games, but the lack of animation and poor control mechanics make the games an arduous affair. The music is comprised of pop songs that have been degraded to the point where they sound like terrible elevator music.

While "Bratz Forever Diamondz" is played in a somewhat open world, the game can be completed in just over an hour. Its not an absolute train wreck, but "Bratz Forever Diamondz" still fails in extending appeal to those not acquainted with the "Bratz" brand, and is also a letdown to fans of the brand whom might expect more depth and content out of a videogame title.

Directions:

Players will have the chance to play as each of the four Bratz characters as they shop at different malls, picking out clothing, and putting together outfits to compete in the fashion contest.

Players can make purchases with blingz. Players will have the chance to design posters, clothes, and the bus they roll around in. Players can change their outfits in the dressing room, which can be accessed in the pause menu.

Objective can be viewed in the pause menu.

"Bratz Forever Diamondz" utilizes a save feature to record progress.
